Here you can report a problem, request new feature as well as ask for help. Furthermore, you can see previous requests, its status and correspondence as well as get notified on changes via email. Certainly, you can continue using email for customer requests, as until now.

To open a Service Desk account:

  1. Send initial mail to NetVizura support
  2. After that, you will receive an automatic response with link to the online portal
  3. Enter new password to login
